Ingerdients

  • 1 big crayfish
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 20 ml crushed garlic
  • 10 ml crushed dry chillies
  • 5 ml tumeric
  • 15 ml fish masala
  • 5ml fine cumin
  • 5 ml sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Break crayfish tail and legs
  2. Clean well and set aside
  3. Heat oil in big pot
  4. Add onions , til golden brown
  5. Add tomato, pepper, crushed chillies, garlic n saute for 10 minutes
  6. Add tumeric, fish masala, cumin, sugar
  7. Lastly add salt to taste
  8. Cook till thick sauce
  9. Add crayfish
  10. Cook 20 - 30 minutes on medium heat
  11. Can add hake fillet 15 minutes after crayfish been added
  12. Eat with white rice
